- that any offer to buy products belonging to ELUSION NEW ZEALAND HOLDINGS LTD ("The Company") shall be construed as a legal offer by you made in the state where you reside and made to The Company to supply same.
- that The Company agrees to accept your offer according to the contract laws now applicable (or applicable from time to time) in the jurisdiction where The Company is incorporated (presently New Zealand) and that therefore this Contract to supply you products is accepted in the said place where the Company is incorporated.
The place where you and the Company submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Courts are the Courts of New Zealand.
- The Company will process your order as soon as possible after receipt
of any monies from you.
- The Company cannot guarantee that the products ordered by you and supplied by us are products that are legally able to be imported or brought into the State, territory or place where you reside. You should make all enquiries to determine whether or not any laws are breached by you importing any such products.
- Any import duties, customs and quarantine fees (if any) levied or charged by your State or at the point of delivery are the buyers responsibility at all times.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby indemnify us against all claims, actions, proceedings, notices and any other legal or quasilegal proceedings arising out of or touching upon us supplying you any products.
- By purchasing from this website, you affirm that you are over the age
of 18 years and that you will not sell, supply or repackage any product the company supplies you and that you will not supply any such product to any person below the age of 18 years.
Delivery & Payment Policy
Customer Service:
All emails and queries will be answered within 1 business day. It is our company policy to reply to all emails. If you have not received a response within this time frame, please check your junk box and spam folders.Payment & Methods:
Payment can be made by credit card, internet bank transfer or via PayPal.Once your payment has been accepted, we will ship your product within 24 hours.

Courier Deliveries:
All courier deliveries are sent on the same or next working day, once payment has been sighted and not prior. Delays can occur during peak times (e.g. Christmas period).If you will not be able to accept the delivery during standard business hours, then please have the goods addressed to your place of work. Otherwise, you will be expected to follow up with the courier.
Courier fees include quality packaging.

We are a GST-registered company and invoices are provided for all sales.Refund Policy:
- Refunds will not be offered after the item has been open or used.

Warranty Policy:
- All Starter Kits come with a three month parts warranty on manufactuers defects.
- The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to Elusion by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Elusion reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Elusion.
- We do not accept returns by C.O.D and the return postage must be paid by the buyer. Contact must be made directly with Elusion for approval prior to returning.
- Elusion will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
- Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
- All cartridges and bonus items are not covered by warranty (e.g. carry box).
- Invoices will be required as proof of purchase.
- Elusion adheres to the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear & tear.
- Misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
- Neglect and careless storage.
- Unauthorised repairs.
- consumables.
Replacement Policy:
- The buyer must check the item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by email within 24hrs of receiving the item. Elusion reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
- Photos or other forms of evidence may be requested from the buyer as proof of damage.
- The buyer is liable for the return costs of faulty/damaged products under warranty.
- Elusion is liable for sending the replacement item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs.
- Products must be returned with all accessories, including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims. Item returns must be approved and authorized by the seller before an arranged return is executed.
